When you download a free resource from our website, such as the Perimenopause Strength Guide, you provide your first name, last name, and email address through a form on our site. This form is powered by Systeme.io. By submitting this form you are also subject to Systeme.io's Privacy Policy.
By submitting your details you are opting in to receive emails from Coached by Helen. These emails may include the free resource you requested, educational content, training tips, and information about our coaching services.
If you wish to have your personal information removed from our email list entirely, please contact us at hello@coachedbyhelen.com.au and we will action your request promptly.

Clients who proceed with online or in-person coaching with Helen will have their training programs delivered and tracked through TrainHeroic. By using TrainHeroic as part of your coaching program, you are subject to TrainHeroic's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Information held within TrainHeroic, including your training data, session logs, and program details, is managed in accordance with TrainHeroic's own privacy practices. We do not share this information with any third party.
In addition to TrainHeroic, we may communicate with active clients via email, messaging platforms, or other tools as agreed between us. Any personal information exchanged in this context is used solely for delivering and improving your coaching program.

From time to time we may wish to use photographs, videos, testimonials, or progress updates featuring current or former clients on our website, social media accounts, or other marketing materials.
We will always seek your explicit consent before using any image or content that identifies you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us and any content will be removed promptly upon request.
You are under no obligation to provide consent to the use of your likeness or personal results as a condition of receiving coaching services. Declining or withdrawing consent will have no impact on the quality or availability of your coaching program.

We do not operate our own analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or cookies beyond those that may be introduced by the third-party platforms embedded on our pages (such as Systeme.io forms).
